Hi Maria, thanks for your insight. I’m starting a water fast tomorrow for a week, maybe 10 days if I feel string enough. My problem is this. I’ve been researching a lot, and everywhere, it says that inevitably, the weight you loose after a fast, you take it back, even if you watch what you est. The only sources that give a specific technique not to put the weight back on, ask you to pay to get the information and I don’t feel like paying for that information at all.
